Disclaimer from Zelda Lawson:
"Hello all you wonderful people. So you are probably wondering, 'Zel, what the crap happened to the FotG episode of the show that was supposed to go up?' Well, there are a lot of details, apologies, and so on I really should say, but I want to keep this short and simple. After taping our episode, we had a lot of technical issues come about with the footage and a lot of it had to do with the editing process. Constant corrupted files, audio acting very weird, and just a lot of human and technological error on our end led up to basically any news footage we had for this come back episode got erased and unusable. Luckily though, we did manage to find a way to save the interview with Casanova English, which I'll be bringing you today, thanks to one of our awesome new interns at the VoW offices. Keep an eye out for Episode 3 coming out today or tomorrow featuring actual news and my interview with Tyron Bickerton, but for now enjoy the interview with Casanova English. Stay sweet!"
Fading in from the logo, Zelda is shown now with a laptop sitting in her lap as she smiles to the camera

With the news now out of the way, we now move on to our interview segment. As I made aware on Twitter, my show is going with a new format when it comes to guests on this show. I do like the idea of putting together guests of my own, but at times it can get a little tricky so I had talks with my production team and we came up with this great solution. As of this show, we will be bringing on guests each week based on who wins the main event match prior to the next broadcast of my show. There are rules in place to prevent super repeat guests, such as a 5 show rule where once you come on, that's how long you must wait to come on the next one. In the event we would be scheduled for one of those repeat guests, I most likely will step in on getting a replacement guest.
Zelda gives a small clap of her hands, nodding once before straightening back up in her chair.
Zelda Lawson
All of that out of the way now, as we mentioned earlier on the show the main event of Fate of the Gods II featured a contest for the World Visionary Championship between the challenger Ryder Blade, and my guest tonight who prevailed in an amazing contest and solidified himself as STILL the reigning and defending World Visionary Champion. It is with great pleasure that I welcome my guest, the leader of The Orphanage, the self proclaimed "Modern Day Messiah," and of course the World Visionary Champion...Casanova English!
The camera cuts over to show English sitting on the love seat next to Zelda's chair, wearing a very nice tailored suit with the World Visionary title over his shoulder.
Casanova English
Well thank you for having me Mrs. Sto...I mean Miss Lawson.
Casanova smiles at Zelda bring up her recent marriage issues vaguely. English leans back now.
Casanova English
I don't normally do big time interviews like this for VoW's bottom dollar, but after defending this championship in such a high profile match I thought why not reward the fans with an interview with yours truly. I mean think what this could do for your career Miss Lawson. An interview with The Messiah. I hope you have some really good questions Miss Lawson, I have grown fond of you as a journalist. A profession I once prided myself in.
Zelda Lawson
Well I certainly am not one out to please, but I think I do have a few good questions for you today Mr. English, including a few fan submitted ones which is another new installment to my show to allow more fan interaction with not just the product but also with their favorite or even not so favorite Visionaries. So, to go ahead and get a simple question out of the way I like start with whenever I have a new guest, how are you feeling today, what's the haps for the World Visionary Champion?
English cringes at the playful slang and closes his eyes for a moment. The things he has done, the things he has seen. He couldn't share what with a VoW audience. So he put on that fake smirk.
Casanova English
Well you know...I have been at the top of the World for nearly a year. Things are quite hectic in life when you are constantly looking over your shoulder. I have been reading a few novels lately. The Bazaar of Bad Dreams by King is one I have been picking through while traveling. Outside of the ring I have been keeping a pretty low profile. When you are the World Champion you don't have time for much else other than VoW.
Zelda Lawson
And see that is a really funny thing when you look at how good this past year has been for you. I know a lot of people are very hard on you because of where you align yourself and things like that, but I can say a lot of people respect the fact you have put so much time into this company, and have done so at the top of your game where you have had the biggest target on your back since your beginning days in VoW, am I wrong to assume that?
Casanova English
You would be accurate with that assumption Zelda. I have had a large target on my back since joining the company. To be honest I like it that way. At least I know that my threats are coming from 360 degrees. I do have The Orphanage to protect me, I trust that when it comes down to it they have my back.
Zelda Lawson
That actually brings up a good question I've never had the chance to really dig into. How exactly did The Orphanage begin, this coming from someone who was not around for the beginning of the group and it can for any of the new VoW audience members. What was the motivation to create the group, the thought process of choosing the members and even how that thought process is today, and what are if any regrets and what are some of the best things that have come from this group since you founded it?
Casanova English
The motivation of the group initially was to infiltrate the organization being VoW and use it to promote a new style of champion. A champion that wasn't as cookie cutter, someone who is gritty, came from nothing. I actually accomplished that pretty efficiently. Now The Orphanage kind of serves as the gatekeepers here in VoW. We are the prime example of what it takes to last in VoW and if you can beat one of my associates you have earned the right to be in this company. We are the proof that you can rise above the establishment. That you can be who you truly are without kissing ass and pandering to the masses. I think we have done a very good job of that over the last year. There are a few members of VoW we have lost. After all I am the only original member left...so maybe we started on a broken foundation. Now we are stabilized and I assure you we are growing. In and outside of VoW. People that are sick and tired of making others rich.
Zelda Lawson
If I may ask, I do appreciate that very informative answer, but as the leader of this group, what stands out to you when you look at your current active competitive members of this group, that being Matthew Robinson and Winter Pine. What stood out to you when you chose them to join the group, and what have you seen and like or even dislike about them and wish to see them improve?
Casanova English
Well Matthew was an easy choice. I actually sought him out and brought him back from retirement. He knew many of the people higher up in VoW. He has so much knowledge of the industry. Honestly I'm not looking for him to do anything in that ring he doesn't want to. He has proved it all already in one way or another. Winter on the other hand...she has that sadistic intelligence that originally drew me to Cera. Winter has a long way to go, and I feel Matthew can help her achieve her full potential. Winter has this animal rage, but she really needs to focus it. That is something Matt has been able to over his career...using his aggression to advance his career.
Zelda Lawson
Despite my own personal feelings towards the individuals of your group, I do admire what you see in them. So Cas, I'm going to quickly move on to a few fan questions here if that's okay. I asked you guys to submit some things to ask to Mr. English on the VoW website, and you turned out pretty well with the questions. Of course Cas, there are some questions here that are slightly more against you, but I hope you are kind enough to answer them regardless. Our first question actually comes from one of our fellow Visionaries, former Zero Gravity Champion Katie Moicelle. She asks, "Of all the Visionaries, you probably have the best theme. How did you come across it originally?
Casanova English
Leave it to little Katie to unknowingly bring up a personal question. I remember being young and wrestling with my brother. We used to pretend we were coming down the ramp to the ring. My uncle had a copy of Astro Creep 2000 by White Zombie and we just picked random tracks. That was the first time I heard that song. When I joined VoW, where I was at the time, I thought how perfect. Those lyrics...it fits me so well. I push people to the edge, I push them to stand up and come for glory off my legacy. All they end up doing is burning an x in their own head. They become my target between those ropes. So it was a little nostalgia, mixed with where my head was joining the VoW roster.
Zelda Lawson
How poetic, having these tracks that we recognize when you guys go down to the ring every night, it's very nice to hear these backstories to them and see they can actually have a deeper meaning instead of just being that song you come to the ring with. Our next question comes from Bob from Enzyte, who asks, "How complicated is love in this company when you look at it from afar?"
Casanova English
You can tell Bob I don't take questions from someone with a corporate affiliation. F-BLEEP!-in' wall street hard dicks...
English scratches his chin and readjusts his championship.
Casanova English
To comment however the love situation in VoW is just as complicated as it is out there in the real world. I would like to keep myself disassociated. Winter and Matt's relationship is the only one I am vaguely interested in.
Zelda Lawson
Fair enough, we are gonna hit a couple more questions from the fans here before I get a final word in with you. Our next question comes from another fellow Visionary, that being Datura. She asks, "How does it feel to know you may never control it?" Not entirely sure what that means, but you may have some insight into what she is referring to considering what recent interactions have been brought between you two through social media.
Casanova English
You know we all have parts of ourselves we will never truly have control of. I came to terms a long time ago with the fact that I am responsible for every action without being fully into control. So I guess to address Miss Datura's mysterious question...I am fine with it. It's the part that makes me human.
Zelda Lawson
Control is a thing any human struggles with, so...I think in that regard you answered pretty well, Mr. English. So I do have one final fan question, but I want to put this into my final words as well. This comes from Cam Sinclair from Nova Scotia, and he asks "With all that you accomplished in VoW, what more do you want to gain in the promotion?" I'll continue with my own statement and possible question after, but please tell what is the next big thing Casanova English can gain in VoW when if you look right now, what more could he actually want that he doesn't already have?
Casanova English
Well I have done it all haven't I? I mean I could just throw a match and watch the whole thing burn. I mean next thing is what VoW Hall of Fame? Ownership of the company? The name of the game I think is staying where I am at. I need to find a way to stay consistent and keep this championship. My immediate goal is to hold this title for a year. From there I may have to go back and avenge some losses I have taken over the past few months. I have to keep The Orphanage established as the dominant force in VoW and in wrestling.
Zelda Lawson
If I could have a moment from that...you just came off a big win. You beat Ryder Blade, a guy who was probably one of the crazily big stars of this past year in VoW from his Xcel reign to the fact he is undefeated on Breakthrough, 3 losses in his career in this company all on Pay-Per-View against the likes of Valquist, Constance Chapin, and now you. When you won that match, where was your mind then when it all sunk in? What was that feeling of getting that victory, knowing how good this year has been for Ryder? Of course, respect aside, you do have to admire what he did in VoW coming up to this match with you.
Casanova English
Admire Ryder Blade...that is where you were wrong. I would love to tell you he earned my respect in that match. I really would, but truth be told I have to see where Ryder goes after his loss to tell you what I truly think of him. If he hits the road like the many before him he was no different, if he comes back stronger then I will respect him as a competitor and a person. It was a big win for me, it was a must win for me to be honest with you. Ryder is everything I set out to destroy, and after the PPV match I think I possibly humbled him. When I finally pinned his shoulders to the mat it was a relief, a relief knowing that VoW and this Championship was on the right shoulders. To be honest it was just nice to let Ryder know once and for all...he has a lot more work to do.
Zelda Lawson
Hey, Ryder could take this as advice from the champ, no doubt about that. Before I let you go Cas, I do have one more question for you I'd find interesting to figure out. Take everyone on the VoW roster right now, from your Orphanage companions to the roster main-stays to the newcomers, and if you had to pick among any of the current individuals signed to VoW to try their hand at taking away the World Visionary Championship, who would you pick and why?
English rolls his tongue around the inside of his mouth as he pulls a cigarette from his pocket. He flips it around in his finger pondering the question.
Casanova English
Well if I could bring someone back from the dead it would be Ziu Zhong. I feel like he and I have a lot of unfinished business. That isn't the question you asked though. Who on the roster would I like to face for this championship? I could go the easy route and say I would like to “punk out” Ryder again just to prove a point. If I had to pick right now; there is a black mark on my career. One that Ryder liked to throw in my face. A few months back on PPV I beat Seth Iser for the World Championship in controversial fashion. So if I had to pick an opponent I would put down that old fossil once and for all.
English smirks at the camera before placing the cigarette in his lips. Zelda's eyes widen hoping he won't light it during the interview. He doesn't, he just speaks with it dangling from the corner of his mouth.
Casanova English
Truthfully, I am open to all challengers. If you think you have what it takes then come on and take a shot at Casanova English. There is no one on this roster that intimidates me, and I am more then ready to prove that I am the best this company has to offer. I pretty much proved that when I beat Ryder. I mean I stood in that ring and begged for someone to waltz down the ring to the gallows and The Mannequin obsessed lunatic was the only one to take me up on that offer. You shouldn't be sitting here asking me who I will fight. I’ll fight tooth and nail to maintain my throne. I lost it once before, and I do not intend to again. The question should be directed at the locker room. Who's next? Who is next to fall victim to The Modern Day Messiah? Cause me.... shoot I'm here all week.
Casanova winks at the camera tapping his unlit smoke on the golden face plate just above his name.
Casanova English
What are these sorry sacks going to do to prove they deserve to be in the ring opposite? Thank you very much for the interview Zelda. I would love to stay a chat more, but certain vices.
Cas pulls out a lighter dancing the flame close to the cigarette as the scene fades to black.
