PERSONALITY
Ruby is 'color commentator' for a reason, as she has a loud and flirtatious personality. Constantly making jokes, and throwing in the occasional sexual innuendo, she's always seen flirting with the play-by-play commentator, Axel, and gets distracted during matches by making note of the male wrestlers' packages. Much to her co-worker's distaste, Parvati tends to not take things as seriously as him, and only has about half the knowledge as he does concerning the wrestling world.... yet seems to know way too much about the competitors' personal lives, and rumors revolving around them. BACKGROUND
Born and raised in California, her parents having moved to the states from India, Ruby was surrounded by Hindu culture and a peaceful environment... which she found incredibly boring. When she turned 18, she decided to go off and get degrees in journalism and English Comp, paying her way through college by being a phone sex operator and her school newspaper's gossip columnist. After earning her degrees, Parvati became a local radio show host for almost a decade, as well as doing some minor journalism on the side. Her boyfriend during her first year of college happened to have a deep passion for wrestling, and got her into it, and she remained a fan even after they broke up only a year later (when she found younger, better looking meat). After some years of her radio hosting, Ruby took it upon herself to step into the wrestling world with both her hosting and journalism, becoming a writer for a wrestling magazine, and a sports caster for the local wrestling federation. Stefan Frei picked her up on his way through California, when she immediately recognized him and begged to interview him. She is now the color commentator of VOW.
