WRESTLER NAME AND RING NAME
Maxwell Soloke
NICK NAME(S)
The Perfect Disaster, The Suicide King, The Renaissance Man
PIC BASE
Ben Barnes
APPEARANCE
Max doesn't take too much pride into his outfits. He's not one to flaunt around the money he makes in the business, however little or big. On his way to the ring, he'll walk out in a random T-Shirt (Gaming, Band, or personal merchandise) and a pair of sweatpants to fight in. Under the slightly baggy black swears are a pair of plain-black kick pads and wrestling boots. Both of his hands are adorned in fingerless leather gloves. On occasion, he'll bring a fedora and a trench coat to the ring, but as of late he has abandoned the 'badass' look he once loved for a more casual appearance.
HEIGHT
5'9"
WEIGHT
200 lbs
D.O.B
01/15/1992
HOMETOWN AND BILLED FROM
Bexley, Ohio
ALIGNMENT

God’s Last Gift (w/ David Dreadful)

PERSONALITY
Outside of the ring, Max can be a carefree idiot about his own life, and can be very easily discouraged when placed up against obviously tougher opposition. Towards other, he usually drops what he’s doing to see if they need help if it’s important enough. A caring attitude to those he cares about, enough to the point of holding his tongue if they mess up.
Towards people he despises, though, he’s not afraid of opening up his mouth. The same kind of attitude follows his in-ring attitude and personality.
In the ring, he marches to the beat of his own drum for the most part with a lovable personality for the crowds, no matter what. His attitude depends on his opponents, though. Against faces and tweeners, he'll usually offer his respect at the start and the end of the match. Against heels, he will keep himself a bit more reserved. Either way, once the bell rings, the gloves come off and mercy is only given to the respected.
He has more heart than he has brains. Hell, he has more drive than brain. He'll take the match, and his body, to the limit just to pull off the victory for the match. If he's still got his head on his shoulders, he'll fight the submission and the pinfalls to the bitter ends. Soloke occasionally may look for underhanded techniques, but only against heels, in pure desperation (last resorts in high-reward matches, merely because it’s at this point he’ll put himself before his fans for the victory), or simply for antic factor to get a kick out of the crowd.
A reformer at heart, he puts it all on the line every night he's in the ring for those who cheer his name.

ENTRANCE THEME
Crazy=Genius – Panic! At The Disco
ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION
As the drums begin to beat, fires begin to erupt from the stage gently.
You can set yourself on fire
You can set yourself on fire
As the fires begin to die down, the crowd begins to cheer as Max Soloke is standing in the middle of the stage in his attire with a cane to his head (and a belt over his shoulder). As the lyrics of P@TD's "Crazy=Genius" plays out, he mouths the words and pantomimes to the crowd sitting in the front row. Smooth in every step, almost mimicking tap-dancing to the beat of the song, he makes his way to the ring up until the chorus.
He slips into the ring (leaving his belt at his corner) and mouths into the cane with both hands holding tightly over it, as if he was a rockstar playing out a power ballad.
And I said
Hey ay ay, hey ay
if crazy equals genius
Hey ay ay, hey ay
if crazy equals genius
The stages explodes in flames and pyrotechnics now to the lyrics. He turns his attention to the stage/his opponent with a smirk on his lips.
Then I'm a fucking arsonist
I'm a rocket scientist
Hey ay ay
If crazy equals genius
He leans back against his turnbuckle with his arms crossed, his cane against his chest (and a championship over his shoulder). His eyes are affixed back towards the stage/at his opponent with a slightly evil smirk as the fires grow and grow.
You can set yourself on fire
But you're never gonna burn, burn, burn
You can set yourself on fire
But you're never gonna learn, learn, learn
Hey!
One final pop follows the hey as the crowd resumes their ovation of Soloke whilst his theme song plays quieter in the background now. He bows to them, happy that they appreciated his showing. He puts the cane down in his corner (before grabbing his championship belt over his shoulder again) and stands in wait of his opponent in the center of the ring/stares down his opponent. His smirk dies into a smile/glare as his focus turns from pleasing the crowd to his match and his opponent(s).
(OOC: I would prefer if this wasn't copy-pasted exactly because a lot of it is situational based for if he's a champion or not, if his opponent is in the ring already or not, and if he's facing a heel or face (hence the paratheses). Equally, if you wish for me to edit it per event (or are willing to do it yourself to match the atmosphere of the match, leave me a message letting me know!)
WRESTLING STYLE
Stiff/Strong Style
Prefers his ability to punch and kick people silly over winning fancy grapples and trades, but knows a couple of popular submissions to use in varying situations.
Hardcore
Excels in hardcore stipulations with a very nice pain threshold
Fast Paced
If the momentum resides in his favor, he’ll take it all the way to the bank, even if it means going to the top for some moves to keep his opponent down.
STRENGTHS
Light on his feet
Nimble with his strikes and avoidance of opponents
High pain threshold
Works extremely well in submission matches and hardcore matches
Hawk Eye for Weakness
Will scout an opponent before a match for any injury weakening them and will try capitalizing on it. In addition, even if he does not see the injury, if he simply notices something off about an opponent in comparison to what they were like before the match, he’ll work against the weakness.
WEAKNESSES
Low stamina
Usually cannot take heavy hits or slams and gets winded fast, so long fights are not his strong point. He can take the pain of a hit, but not the concussive or winding factors from them.
Poor grappling skills
Speaks for itself, cannot trade well in a proper wrestling match and will usually lose trades with people who lock him into holds and can throw him around.
A piss-poor eye for actual detail and no sixth sense
Basically: oblivious to that around him usually.
BASIC MOVES
Suicide Dive
Flying Elbow Smash
Jumping & Tornado DDT
Wheelbarrow Facebuster
Running Facebuster
Bicycle Kick
Running Facebuster

The Adrenaline Crash
(Sling Blade)
Maxus Drive
(Somersault Cutter)
“The Konami Code” Taunt/Build Up to Finisher
Max backs up into the corner, catching his breath with his opponent down and out on the ground. Rallying the crowd behind him, he begins to stomp on the mat...
One stomp outward. One stomp outward.
One stomp inward. One stomp inward.
One stomp to the left, one to the right.
One to the left, one to the right.
One to the upper left, one to the lower right
And a final stomp in the middle of his 'controller'.
As his opponent stirs, he keeps punching in the code before Max, as well as the crowd finally shouts out: "GAME! OVER!"

BIOGRAPHY
Max was born to a simple family in Columbus, Ohio, but spent the majority of his childhood in a small town called Bexley. From a young age, wrestling was his life. He always wanted to be the flashiest one with explosions that made up his entrances and to have every championship belt available. Add that to a competitive nature and a love for the preforming arts in his teen years, he decided to make the jump and go for a life of professional wrestling. His earlier years were spent in an underground federation known only by the initials of NFW. It was there that Max developed an obsession for hardcore wrestling and learned that he could get away with simply beating the living hell out of his opponents rather than actually trying to learn how to wrestle. From there, he was a part of two federations that sum up his career.
(My IC Pride) Pinnacle Wrestling Association -- Max's true debut into the professional wrestling world. PWA was what shaped Soloke into the resentful piece of shit he can be to this day. But, at the same time, this is where his skills derived from. Arguably a main-stay member of the roster (when he wasn't in and out of it), Soloke has taken the fight to the very best of the company and even had the ability to stand up to and defeat Main Event Status wrestlers. Though, any time his fingers touched the "Pinnacle Championship," the grand title, one way or another the privilege of being called champion was taken away, through management or the group they played favorite to. It was here that Max developed a small history with the names of Rob Riot (of which he's never defeated but has always come close), Cody Anderson (who made his first couple of weeks a living Hell and started up a war with Riot), Chris Gibson (A long-standing rival once completely hostile), "D" (An unlikely ally while it lasted), Zackary Lesard (former French Partner), David Dreadful (former SXS partner), E-Rock, Juice Jackson, and Tucker Blane (the management); for better or for worse. The most notable parts of his time in PWA was his rivalry against Rob Riot to becoming the first Grand Slam Champion as well as their small rivalry over the Pinnacle Championship, and his spilling war with Chris Gibson and the (accidental) murder of his unborn child through the assault of his wife.
(My OOC Pride) Canadian Lucha Action Wrestling - Carnival of Lost and Ancient Wonders - Carnival Lucha Action Wrestling -- That's a mouthful, isn't it? So is half of the batshit insane things that went on in the company that once started off as a half respectable North American organization from Canadian to a World-Class circus act. When Pinnacle Wrestling wasn't working out for Soloke, he turned to where his best friend and partner at the time, David Dreadful, was held up in. Max has gone through hell and a half to survive the year he did in CLAW. The list that has happened to Soloke in his stay in CLAW is too much to bring up on a simple summary, but in short was is important is the accolades he holds onto. He is one of, if not the longest, holder of the Triple Crown Championship, CLAW's highest honor. He holds the most title reigns of the Triple A (Anytime, Anyplace, Anyhow) Championship. Despite leaving the circus on a stretcher from CLAW's final explosive event (literally) as a losing champion, he left compete.
Beyond that, Soloke has dabbled in nGw, NEW, RSW, and VOW. The latter two are those where he works to make his legacy known once and for all.
