We open up on "Best of Me" by Morningwood playing in the background as light fades on to reveal the new Vision Lounge, complete with a red wall featuring a lit marquee "The Vision" sign in the middle with a Breakthrough and latest PPV poster on the left and right sides of it, and a mahogany coffee table in the middle of the room with matching chair side table that sits between a yellow armchair and yellow love seat. Zelda Lawson is seated nicely in the armchair, a coffee cup next to her on the chair side table, as she smiles and the camera cuts from a full view of the room to just a view of Zelda herself sitting in the chair with a marquee-looking graphic of her name and Twitter handle shown below her as the music fades away.
Zelda Lawson
Hello ladies and gentlemen of the VoW community, my name is Zelda Lawson and it is with my great pleasure that finally after so many months of planning, delays, back and forth ideas, and whatever else you can think of, that I welcome you to the inaugural edition of The Vision. Before we begin I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported the arrival of this new show which I hope will be a welcomed successor to the Nitro/Lawson Report. Those thank yous go out to everyone from you fans of the former show, the random member of the VoW roster, my close friends like Stacy Jones or Katie Moicelle, my amazing and supporting husband Tyler Storm, and of course to my former co-host Joey Nitro who gave me the opportunity in the first place to make something like this a reality. To all of you, just really thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Zelda reaches over and takes a sip from her cup, then placing it back on the table before looking back at the camera.

Now on this first edition of my show we will be discussing 5 stories coming out of Breakthrough 40 in order of their occurrence on the show, and to wrap up the show we will be sitting down for an interview with 2 of the members of the Horsewomen of Chaos, the tag team of Emma Carlisle and Joanna Thade otherwise collectively known as Chaossworn.
The camera pans out slightly to give enough room for a graphic of Cera to appear next to Zelda.
Zelda Lawson
Now before we go into our Breakthrough 40 stories, I do want to address a big elephant in the room involving the situation that resulted in the passing of one of VoW veteran women, Cera. First, let me apologize for the lateness on this story as original planning had our first show coming after the Double Jeopardy Pay-Per-View but due to circumstances mostly involving the creation of this lovely set I get to call the Vision Lounge, we had to delay our first episode, but I still feel obligated to let the VoW family be aware of what we were able to gain info about concerning what happened.
To give a simple reminder of what occurred, at Double Jeopardy following Matt Slater's victory over Cera in the second main event, some sort of power outage occurred inside the Coliseo Hector Sola Bezares in Caguas, Puerto Rico. During this power outage, an attack occurred which was revealed after the lights came back on had laid out Slater momentarily while Cera remained unconscious throughout with clear blunt force to the head causing bleeding to her. Many feared the worse immediately, Slater included, as no signs of breathing were coming from Cera. Cera was transported to a nearby medical facility where after a few hours it was determined that she indeed had passed away.
The attack was made by a Puerto Rican citizen who after being detained by the police when attempting to flee the scene of the crime claimed during his interrogation to have known Cera in the past, but more specific details on this was not provided to me. The last we heard, debates were still going on involving what to charge him with due to the fact reports confirmed following autopsy that blunt force trauma caused to Cera was not the cause of death, but rather the attack may have just been an involuntary trigger to a heart attack that stemmed from many problems Cera had been going through after a decade of smoking and stress-related factors. Of course, charges are still expected to be filed on the man, but we can confirm that the man had no connection to any other member of the VoW roster as a police investigation with backstage officials, roster members, and other staff to determine how the man got into the building with a weapon. It's still unclear of how that occurred, according to our sources, but we can confirm that a member of VoW did not have connection to this at all.
Cera passed away surrounded by her close friends and family, and following autopsy her body was taken by a family member for private arrangements. At Breakthrough 40 before the show began, a short tribute to Cera occurred with a 10 bell salute and on behalf of all of VoW, our prayers go out to everyone effected negatively by the sad passing of one of the most talented members VoW ever had. Cera, we love you so much, and always will remember you.
The graphic changes over to Ryder Blade standing in the middle of the ring addressing the crowd.
Zelda Lawson
Now to Breakthrough 40, our first story involves the former Xcel Champion Ryder Blade who at Double Jeopardy saw his incredible undefeated streak and longest reign as a champion in VoW come to an end at the hands of Constance Chapin in a 2 out of 3 Falls match. Ryder addressed the Erie, Pennsylvania crowd at Breakthrough, during which he acknowledged his defeat and no longer being the Xcel Champion while also sharing his thoughts about the audience that many took negatively, but the big thing that came out of this was Ryder announcing his sights were not set to reclaim his former prize but to go after the World Visionary Championship and Casanova English. A bold statement made even bolder following Ryder's victory in the main event in which he defeated Hardcore Heath, and this now puts a lot of eyes on him as he looks to go after the top of the VoW mountain here in the next few weeks.
Zelda takes another drink from her coffee mug as the graphic changes to Sky Sangue.
Zelda Lawson
The next big news out of Breakthrough 40 came from none other than the General Manager of VoW herself, Sky Sangue. During the broadcast she announced VoW had been in discussions recently with sponsors and that to these discussions VoW is proudly now affiliated with Buffalo Wild Wings. Along with this, to accommodate recent happenings in the company, Ms. Sangue also informed the audience that Visionaries of Wrestling shows will now take place on Thursdays later at night due to a heightened rating. So make sure to adjust your calenders at home ladies and gentlemen, because VoW is now at a new time and day, and is gonna be going on stronger than ever thanks to our new sponsor Buffalo Wild Wings.
The graphic now moves to Winter Pine and Katie Moicelle standing face to face in the ring.
Zelda Lawson
Later on in the show, we saw member of The Orphanage and VoW's resident "wolf" Winter Pine address the fans about her victory over Stacy Jones at the Pay-Per-View and the attack on her that occurred after which resulted in Stacy receiving a broken nose and a pretty rough concussion. During this, Winter expressed further about her goal to eliminate the "diseases" from VoW, Stacy being the biggest, and then went on to criticize the fans and especially a younger girl near ringside about how parents should feel ashamed for letting their children be so connected to these self-proclaimed poisons in VoW. This onslaught was stopped moments later by the appearance of the Zero Gravity Champion Katie Moicelle, who later on in the night would go on to defeat Bama Brooks to successfully defend her title in a very controversial ending. The two women exchanged a verbal battle between each other until the heat ultimately resulted in violence as a brawl occurred in the ring. This was stopped rather quickly, however, by the reappearing General Manager Sangue as she announced the two will meet in a match at Breakthrough 41, but in more serious matters announced that the staff were no longer going to be taking attacks meant to deliberately injure VoW members lightly. As a result, Ms. Sangue will now be enforcing penalties for people who choose to continue attacks by cutting pay 25% for each offense, and a 4 strike rule with the 4th resulting in either suspension or termination. Being a former victim of an egregious assault early on here in VoW, I appreciate this new penalty system as I see it being a good way to possibly prevent future occurrences of injury to happen in this company.
A graphic of Elskerinne now appears on screen as Zelda continues on.
Zelda Lawson
Now of course the fun continued immediately after this Winter and Katie confrontation as we saw Owen Gonsalves come out to a great ovation to take on...a mannequin? Or at least, so we originally thought. What originally looked to be some kind of early April Fools joke with Owen going along with this mysterious circumstance to wrestle the mannequin, turned into something more realistic as a woman arose from under the ring, revealed to be the actual Elskerinne herself. Following the moment of realization, the actual match got underway, and after a decent back and forth the debuting Elskerinne picked up a huge win over Gonsalves. Following this, she addressed the crowd briefly, and apparently also the World Champ Casanova English as she revealed to have stolen one of his socks and will be continuing to steal clothing from the champion until she gets some sort of answer. Whoever this Elskerinne is, the mystery there is going to be interesting to solve in the coming weeks.
The graphic moves to the last one for Breakthrough 40 which shows Seth Iser.
Zelda Lawson
Finally, at Breakthrough we saw Seth Iser come to the ring and address the crowd and to say he looked rather defeated was an understatement. Addressing the crowd about his career, the events of Double Jeopardy, and his own physical abilities in the ever evolving wrestling industry, Iser delivered a very passionate speech to the Erie crowd and announced he'll be making a big career decision at the upcoming Pay-Per-View Nothing Even Matters. What this decision is, nobody really knows, but we can only hope Seth Iser enjoys this short time off and thinks long and hard about his place in VoW where he is still a very welcomed veteran of this industry.
The camera moves back in closer to Zelda as the graphic disappears.
Zelda Lawson
And as a last little wrap-up of Breakthrough 41 as far as the matches:
Tristan Ambrose defeated Lukas Emery in a Singles Match;
Dustin Holt defeated Jamo in a Street Fight Challenge Match;
Matt Robinson defeated Alec Rose in a Singles Match;
Kelsey Spencer defeated Patrick Jones and Dathyn in a Triple Threat Match;
Elskerinne defeated Owen Gonsalves in a Singles Match;
Kincaid defeated Joanna Thade via Count-Out in a Singles Match;
Valerie Beasley defeated Rebecca Saint in a Singles Match;
Zahara Matisse defeated Tyler Storm in a Singles Match;
Katie Moicelle defeated Julius "Bama" Brooks, successfully defending her title in a Singles, Zero Gravity Championship Match;
And in the main event, Ryder Blade defeated Heath Williams in a Singles Match.
The scene fades out momentarily for a commercial.
Fading back in, Zelda is shown once again, now with a laptop laying on her lap.
Zelda Lawson
So ladies and gentlemen, it is with my greatest of pleasure today that I welcome to the new Vision Lounge my first guests for my new show. They are one of the rising entities in VoW with many an eye on what they may do next, so today I look to delve into the world of the Horsewomen of Chaos with these two ladies, Joanna Thade and Emma Carlisle.
The camera cuts over to Thade and Carlisle sitting on the love seat next to Zelda's chair, then cutting back to a full view of all three women in the room.
Zelda Lawson
Ladies, thank you for joining me and my sincerest apologies for having this interview delayed from what was originally planned. But if I may begin, I think a simple first question I would like to extend to whatever guest that may appear on my show would be how are you gals feeling today, what are the haps with Chaossworn?
Joanna looks slightly confused at Zelda and mouths "Haps?" The Horsewomen lets her tongue play against as she considers her answer. Scoffing at the question Joanna speaks rather calmly compared to her normal barrage of passion fueled perceptions.
Joanna Thade
If I understand your question we're doing better than the locker room Sangue assigned us at the last break through. And we're preparing for the Breakthrough that is all about Chaos and it's Chosen.
Waiting until her partner had finished, Emma responded afterward, far more calmly than expected given recent events.
Emma Carlisle
We made our goals clear at this past Breakthrough, Zelda. VoW is crumbling and we intend to hurry it along and have it regrow into what it should have been in the first place. For the upcoming Breakthrough, those watching shall get a full sampling of what we're capable of. One at a time.
Zelda Lawson
I'd certainly agree those goals are fairly clear, but if I may as the journalist I try to be what are some courses of action you ladies will be planning on pursuing to accomplish these goals you have set about? I know you two are aware of the recent announcement by Ms. Sangue pertaining to attacks by members of the Visionary roster needing to go down, and many people are aware you women are some of the most bloodthirsty beings here in this company. Does this change any paths you gals once had set up or was this already to be expected?
Emma Carlisle
Not even a little. We're certain Sangue is already patting herself on the back for taking a stand against out-of-control violence in VoW, yet she does this after signing us to contracts. She does so after someone loses their life in her ring. And now all of a sudden her words and decrees are bellowing forth and we're supposed to believe they carry weight?
The shake of her head denotes clearly Emma's thoughts on just how influential the VoW Owner's act of putting her foot down is.
Emma Carlisle
Too little, WAY too late. Violence is the only thing people understand these days.
Joanna Thade
Besides there are some clear exceptions to her decree as well as the fact that the first strike is merely a pay deduction. So what happens if that first strike results in a broken arm or neck? That's one person out for months while only getting a slap on the wrist and two more strikes before a simple suspension.
Joanna giggles a bit echoing her partners demeanor and ramping herself up a bit.
Joanna Thade
Zelda you and everyone saw how we revealed ourselves, why would Sangue's words change that?
Zelda Lawson
Well you do have to consider Ms. Sangue has a right though to even change her own rule at any time to where it could be one strike is immediate suspension. Is it worth the risk from either of you or from Katalina or Talon? I certainly am not saying I expect less from you women, it's been made clear how much you two want to spread this change and chaos to VoW, but looking at it as a working member of a company you always would seem to need to consider if things may not need to be taken too far.
Emma Carlisle
There is no such thing as too far, Zelda. We take things as far as necessary, and no more, to see that our points are made. That is our boundary. But you're right in a sense. Sangue makes the rules and has the power to change them as she sees fit. But we don't play by anyone's rules. Cliche, perhaps? Maybe. But the world isn't changed by playing someone else's game.
Joanna Thade
Not to mention as much as we have attacked people backstage, we keep them breathing. Our goal isn't murder, it's to eliminate those that are too hard headed to try and look at the world differently. You can choose pain, or you can choose Chaos, the choice is yours. We are merely those that have opened our eyes to the truth.
Zelda Lawson
Although I am not one to exactly agree to attacks of other members of the roster, it isn't my place to get into those matters of choice. But another good question that comes up from this involves your distaste to the superpowers in VoW. In particular, the big chat around the locker room wherever you go is if the Chaos gals are looking to take out The Orphanage? Care to share any thought on the chatter?
Turning in the direction of her partner, the two womens' eyes meet and some form of communication happens between them before Emma returns her attention to Zelda, speaking more smoothly than we're accustomed to.
Emma Carlisle
The Orphanage seek power and control. They thrive on tormenting those they've targeted but often live on little more than reputation and illusion. Cassanova English is the only one with any credibility but even then...he still hides, picking and choosing his spots. Some would call that intelligent. I call it evasive.
Death Incarnate sits back, crossing one black-clad leg over the other, one arm draped over the back of the couch, behind but not upon Joanna's shoulders and back.
Emma Carlisle
Power means nothing to us. In another lifetime we would, and have, take joy from rendering our opponents into blubbering messes before finishing them off. But time and experience changes things. Their power is an illusion, something to be given and taken away at a whim. You ask if we mean to take them out? That depends entirely on them. If they fall into line, they may prove useful. If they get in our way, they'll find out in a hurry that we're not to be balked.
Joanna Thade
What my Goldie so carefully crafted is a no. We have no plans to attack or target the Orphanage. That said two groups can only circle each other for so long before a fight or alliance is inevitable. Their goals are not our own and if things should devolve, well then whomever gets the scraps of the Orphanage we leave behind may be the spark that reshapes VoW.
Zelda Lawson
What about in the other form of power among most companies, the titles. Are there plans among you 2 or the whole group in general to find ways to slither into contendership opportunities? I'd imagine as champions that ability to solicit change to the company could come a lot easier, but then again that just comes from an opinionated stance on this from me.
A faint smile turns up Emma's dark lips as she stares quietly at Zelda for a few moments.
Emma Carlisle
I knew there was a reason that I felt some fondness where you were concerned.
Her expression turns thoughtful, then...
Emma Carlisle
Where it comes to titles, I hold to the belief that they do have purpose, but they aren't worth the souls people sell to have them. Titles draw people to their holders like lemmings rushing forward to the edge of that cliff. Seekers of the gold would throw themselves against us and end up trampled beneath our feet. When gold finds itself around our waists, we will not sit and wait, either. Those titles shall be elevated with our every word and action.
Joanna Thade
If chaos grants us such a position we won't squander it. Instead of dulling ourselves to the point that defeat is enviable, we'll push yourself as we always have. Zelda a sharpened blade is useless on the wall.
Zelda Lawson
Well as much as I may at times disagree with how you two go about things, I do admire the equal mindsets you two have. It's very apparent that these goals and thoughts on things in VoW aren't just something you plan to get shaken up by situations that may arise from all this. Now before I let you go ladies I would like to ask a couple more questions, my first being a simple one but something I want to definitely hear insight from both of you on. What happens if the ending to all this for you two is failure? I don't say that in an assumption kind of way because I really don't know how successful or not all this will go, but to put the situation on the table, what comes to mind if failure to achieve all this change actually did occur?
Joanna at first scowls before doubling over in laughter at Zelda's clarification.
Joanna Thade
We can only fail if we die. This isn't something to happen over night or in a week. We knew that this could happen fast or slowly and with VoW being so corrupt, we've come to realize that this could take years. Chaos is a fickle thing, it plays no favorites, but so long as we are breathing we shall ride onward in its name.
Emma nods almost stoically.
Emma Carlisle
It is exactly as my partner says, Zelda. There is only failure if we cease our efforts. And we are relentless. We will not stop or be stopped no matter what forces are mustered against us. What we do is for the greater good. In time, people will come to understand and embrace that fact...
Joanna Thade
Or they will fall underneath our hooves as we ride forth. Either way our message will spread long after VoW closes.
Zelda Lawson
Well just to kinda top this all off perfectly for you two, something I'm going to allow all my guests to do as a little wrap up, I'm going to allow you two to just throw out one little blurb to VoW audience about whatever is on your mind. What would you two like to close this with and share with the fans, future followers, enemies, allies, and so forth watching this right now?
Emma smirks slightly, but seriously considers the offer before responding.
Emma Carlisle
It's very simple, really. Make your choice. You're either with us, pushing for the change this company needs in order to survive, or you're in the way. It doesn't take high intellect to see which choice is the right one.
Joanna shares a silent look with Emma before raising an eyebrow with a smile and nodding
Joanna Thade
For those near and those far, never forget there is a bar, a bar that measures, a bar that sees, a bar can grant your hopes and dreams, black and white are just colors not life, beware this danger or beware Strife, Our goal is to change the core, of this business no matter the War, and we have time there is no hurry, interfere and face our Fury, So drink up and feast hearty, take you last polluted breath, the choice is simple, join us or court Death.
Zelda Lawson
Well ladies, I very much appreciate your time with me today and I wish you two nothing but the best here in VoW.
The camera cuts back to a view of only Zelda as she acknowledges the new perspective of view.
Zelda Lawson
With that folks, that wraps up our show for this evening. Again, thank you all for the support you have shown me on social media and at VoW events. If any of you want to get up to date info on The Vision and my own personal life, including when this baby pops out of me, and you don't already, follow me on Twitter Zelda Lawson...
A graphic below Zelda shows her Twitter handle as she says that then slowly disappears.
Zelda Lawson
And make sure to join us here on The Vision next time as we will be going over news from Breakthrough 41 and will be bringing you an interview with none other than the World Visionary Champion himself and leader of The Orphanage, Casanova English. Until then guys, I'm Zelda Lawson, and remember to Stay Sweet.
"Best of Me" slowly fades back in while the lights of The Vision Lounge slowly fade to black.
