Hello everyone this is Darius Yates backstage trying to get a word with The Fallen One himself before his big debut match with three other rookies Valquist, Daniel Kennedy, and Lucas McCann. Said to be a man of few words, and myself being someone who works on bringing you the up close and personal of the VoW locker room, let's see if we can't get this self proclamined Dreaded Demon to give us his thoughts!
As Darius knocks on the door of Death's room, all he hears in return is something akin to a piano organ. When no one comes to the door, Darius knocks again harder, calling to Death and asking for a word. all that can be heard through the door is Death screaming "They won't see it...but they will know it in time!"

It appears that Death does not want to talk, but his match is coming up later in the night. Win or lose it's said that he has no desire for the glory that comes with victory. Only time will tell if that's true.

Death is shown pacing backstage, smiling, then yelling. Screaming and yelling..

They don't know yet! THEY DON'T! Ha ha....oh but they will. You see, it's not all about the battle, it's not about having your hand raised, or being recognized. It's not about how others see you, or how you're viewed in the eyes of the public. It's not about having your name in the paper, your name in lights, YOUR NAME ON A TITLE!!!! Oh on...no...you don't know. You don't see. They say that in wrestling....in VoW...that you create legacies, that you can become IMMORTAL. But can you? I will not live forever, and neither will any of you who stand in my way.
Death paces more. He gets closer to the camera to show off his bruises from that night's match.

Do you see this Valquist? Daniel? LUCAS? Do you see this blackness you all have inflicted on me? Does that deter me? Does the loss in my first showing, my first impression, MY FIRST CHANCE AT STARDOM....does it make me feel like I've made a mistake? No. Lucas...the only mistake made tonight was that you still don't know what it's like to be humbled. But no...that's ok. You are yet an infant that is still learning. Daniel learned....Valquist...he learned. You will too. Winning is not living. Winning is not surviving. HELL....winning is not a way of wife. But in winning Lucas...in your victory against someone who has already fallen, this will be a stepping stone. We will meet again. And I will teach you.
Death walks away out of site...still screaming...."THEY WILL KNOW!"

I am back here with Death, where unlike last week he has allowed himself to be questioned on this week's Triple Threat match where he will be facing Maxwell and Berlin in the opening contest.

Ha. Ha. There are no questions here. This week will be another teaching in the way of Death. Two lost souls wanting to make their name, their legacy...THEIR IMMORTALITY. It will not happen. Win or lose, they will know what it's like to question their survival. For there is only one constant in this life....and that is....DEATH
