What a show Breakthrough 51 was, I had the pleasure of watching it from my IPhone the whole night in the backstage area. I saw some very interesting talent, and some that wasn't exactly the greatest, but nonetheless it was a decent show and allowed me to capitalize on what I maybe going up against come my debut.
All and all I was pretty stoked to have just signed a contract with Visionaries of Wrestling... I mean who wouldn't be right? Specially if they were just breaking into the business like I was. Though I am sure those in charge of VOW were just as happy to have me on their roster as I was, but man was I nervous, VOW was a much large wrestling promotion then what I was used to...
"What to do now though....?"
I thought to myself as I walked around the backstage area, my hands in the pockets of my jeans, my hoodie up over my head, as I took a few steps, looking around, checking everything out as I turned a corner, I come to bump right into the back of someone, not paying attention to were I had been walking...
Phinehas Crowe: "Sorry about that, name's Phinehas Crowe..."
I said as the individual turned around to face me as I introduce myself.
TBC by anyone...

(OOC: Gonna try to match your style, P. Hope that's okay...)
Oh hell...
Of all the people I had to bump into at the first show, it had to be the ONE person who was not only a veteran in the business two decades long, but verifiably unstable on top of that. And after what happened at the start of the show, I couldn't say I blame him.
As he turned around to face me, his heavily-tattooed body breathed in the scents around us. He rolled his neck, his brown eyes narrowing at me. Thankfully he did seem more rational compared to what he'd displayed earlier in the night. He extended his right hand to me...gloved, strangely, considering his left hand wasn't. I probably would have gone for a Michael Jackson joke about then if it weren't for how large he was and how irritated he likely remained after that first match of the night.
JMC: So you're the upstart I've been hearing about...

OOC: No problem JMC, if you couldn't it wouldn't have been a problem, as I was just testing out a different style lol, kind of like it.
Phinehas Crowe: "That I am, James right?"
I nervously questioned, not knowing what to say or how the ring veteran would would react as he stared at me intensively.

Luckily, I had nothing to worry about. Hearing his name seemed to make the guy smile.
JMC: Most people refer to me as JMC...you go straight to the point. I dig that.
He moved his hand, which I had forgotten about, and patted my shoulder.
JMC: The IWC's been fired up about you for a few weeks now. Can't wait to see what you do out there, PC.

Phinehas Crowe: "I'll remember that JMC, and that I do unfortunately it's a bad habit of mine which I at time have been known to rub people the wrong way. I was told about the IWC being excited about my debut here in VOW, didn't know what to think of it...
I said as JMC wiped away the sweat from his brow as he continued to listen to me.
Phinehas Crowe: "I'm Glad to hear you're excited too see what I can do, kinda nice to hear that from someone with more experience then myself, I kind am too seeing how VOW is much larger then what I'm used too, then again I'm also quiet nervous about my debut too."
I said still a little nervous about talking to the veteran that is JMC. Then again who wouldn't be, the guy pretty much has done it all and seen it all in the sport of professional wrestling.

He kinda chuckled and shook his head.
JMC: Hey, it's okay. I was the same way back in HBAW. Back then, that was the big leagues. If you weren't in HBAW or EWA, you might as well not have existed. So when my brother Rune and I were scouted as a team for the place, it was pretty incredible.
He kinda narrowed his eyes, and for a split second I could have sworn I saw tears in his eyes...like I reminded him of someone...
JMC: I'd rather see you be you and risk the trouble than be like Iser or Star, you know? People with honor and integrity in this sport are becoming few and far between anymore. So long as you do you without any reservations or regrets, you're gonna make it, kid. After all...I'm kinda known for getting people pissed at me on purpose...and look how much I give a damn about it.
He said that with a smirk, raising his right hand to me again.

Phinehas Crowe: "Agree JMC, no longer do you see fans or people cheering on the goods guys, now all they care about is cheering on the guy who's bad and spits in the face of honor, respect and tradition..."
I said with a smirk of distaste in my mouth.
Phinehas Crowe: "Sad really, if you think about it."
I said as I lowered my head, ashamed of what my generation has come to see as acceptable, knowing a veteran like JMC gets little respect from the fans who'd rather respect guys like Iser or Star who couldn't give to shits about them.
Phinehas Crowe: "Well JMC if and if you're ever in need of a ally you can count on me, yea sure I may not have the experience nor the look of what most consider the standard for wrestlers nowadays, but I have what few don't have and that's heart..."
I said with a smile, doing so a grin had formed on JMC's face.
Phinehas Crowe: "So..."
I said as JMC crossed his arms in front of him, his arms colored like that of the pages of a comic book a thing I knew all to well about... TBC by JMC...
